It was based in nice building in a marvellous location, close to restaurants and shopping. Moreover, it's next to Cooperstown, which is very popular in the summer, and Oneonta for business.

Tidy hotel, the staff was very-very nice and polite.

There were central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV in the room, truly enjoyed that. The bathroom was nice with a tub. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, close to everything! Lucky that it was not very far from Moe's Southwest Grill, offering food to go.

The location of this place is fantastic, being close to downtown makes it a top choice for me in the future.

Booked here last minute due to safety issues at another hotel and was grateful for the availability. Super 8 was a pleasant surprise, with clean and updated rooms. The wood tile flooring throughout was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were clean. The location was convenient, just across the street from the main shopping area and many dining options. The front desk manager, Linda, was incredibly helpful and sweet.

I liked that I was able to bring my dog. The facility was clean but very noisy. When I checked in I was told a higher price than my confirmation. They did honor my lower price after a bit.

Everything was great, favourable location near to Cooperstown, which is very popular in the summer, good restaurants and Oneonta for business, restful experience. My updated and immaculate room came with refrigerator and the air conditioner, for example.

The location of Super 8 was perfect, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The room attendants and desk ladies were kind and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect! Breakfast was great, a nice variety.

I was disappointed that the ice machine did not work, especially because when I booked I read a review that the ice machine was not working then either. When we asked the maintenance (?) man about the ice situation, he said there was no ice because everyone just checked out and used it all...to try again in 45 min. We tried several times that evening and again the next AM, and there would be only 6-10 cubes in the machine. We probably should have insisted use of a free refrigerator ($10 per night)! Would not stay here again so long as the ongoing ice issue is not fixed!

The motel was clean, in a convenient location for our needs and permitted us to bring our dog with us.

The free breakfast was not to our liking.

The hotel is located near restaurants, offered me a deluxe double room with an air conditioner and microwave, and I had a great stay, would return again in the future.
